It’s Sunday.

Microsoft is still very much tied to OpenAI.

  • New disclosures show OpenAI generated $24.1B in revenue for Microsoft last fiscal year, with Bloomberg estimating that represents roughly 70% of Microsoft’s total AI sales.

  • That concentration highlights just how dependent Microsoft’s AI business remains on its closest partner, even as the company backs competitors and develops its own models.

📣 Together With Mode Mobile

The Next Breakout Might Be in Your Pocket

Everyone’s hunting for the next Unicorn.

The type of “category disruptor” that grows fast and turns early believers into big winners.

59,000+ investors think that Mode Mobile could be one of those rare finds.

Americans spend 4 ½ hours on their phones daily, and Mode Mobile is monetizing that screentime. With $1B+ earned by over 490M customers and 32,481% revenue growth, Mode’s EarnPhone is turning smartphones into income generating assets.

Their previous raises sold out, and the company is now offering pre-IPO shares at $0.52/share with up to 20% bonus, exclusive to early investors.

Being early is everything, and this window is still open.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

Big Pharma could be getting a new heavyweight.

AstraZeneca is reportedly considering a merger with Bristol Myers Squibb that would value the combined company at nearly $400B.

  • If completed, the deal would create the world’s fourth-largest pharmaceutical company by market value, behind only Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson and AbbVie.

  • The talks come as AstraZeneca continues to benefit from strong demand for its cancer and rare disease treatments, with oncology accounting for nearly half of its sales last year.

A deal is far from guaranteed, but its scale would make it one of the largest mergers in corporate history.

Palantir has hit escape velocity.

  • In the second quarter, the company blew past Wall Street expectations as revenue surged 93%, marking 12 consecutive quarters of accelerating growth.

  • U.S. commercial led the way, with revenue skyrocketing 149% as more companies adopted Palantir’s AI software.

Management subsequently raised its full-year revenue outlook to roughly $8.15B, well above the $7.73B expected.

  • CEO Alex Karp said he is pushing the broader business to grow at or above the pace of U.S. commercial over the next 18 months.

As investors question which software companies will benefit from AI, Palantir delivered its strongest evidence yet.

SpaceX is building an empire far beyond rockets.

  • In its first earnings report as a public company, revenue jumped 92% to $7.8B as Starlink grew 66% and its AI business nearly tripled.

  • That growth helped narrow operating losses to just $143M, but the investment required remains enormous.

Capital spending topped $18B in the quarter, with nearly $16B directed toward AI infrastructure alone.

  • Management still expects revenue to reach a $100B annualized run rate by December as Starlink, AI compute and Starship continue expanding.

SpaceX is proving it can generate revenue at massive scale, but its ambitions require spending to match.

Uber and Waymo are starting to look less like partners and more like rivals.

Uber’s second-quarter bookings beat expectations and revenue grew 12%, but softer guidance kept attention on autonomous vehicles.

  • That tension follows after Waymo recently moved to end Uber’s exclusivity in Austin and Atlanta, giving riders another way to access its robotaxis.

  • Waymo is now valued at roughly $126B, nearly matching Uber’s $139B market cap despite generating only a fraction of its revenue.

Yet CEO Dara Khosrowshahi revealed that robotaxis still account for less than 0.5% of Uber’s 300M weekly trips.

  • Robotaxis are still negligible for Uber, but Waymo’s valuation suggests investors expect that to change fast.

The boring trade keeps working.

The S&P 500 has pushed to fresh records as corporate profits surge and market leadership broadens beyond a handful of mega-cap winners.

  • With 88% of companies reporting, second-quarter earnings are on pace to grow more than 50%, while 86% have beaten EPS expectations, per FactSet.

  • AI investment remains a major driver, but strength is increasingly spreading across sectors as confidence in the economy improves.

That backdrop has turned a $10,000 investment over the last 10 years into more than $41,500 with dividends reinvested.

  • It’s why Warren Buffett has long argued that for most investors, simply owning the index and staying patient is hard to beat.
