📣 Together With Pacaso

The key to a $1.3T opportunity

A new trend in real estate is making the most expensive properties obtainable. It’s called co-ownership, and it’s revolutionizing the $1.3T vacation home market.

The company leading the trend? Pacaso. Created by the founder of Zillow, Pacaso turns underutilized luxury properties into fully-managed assets and makes them accessible to the broadest possible market.

The result? More than $1b in transactions, 2,000+ happy homeowners, and over $110m in gross profits for Pacaso.

With rapid international growth and 41% gross profit growth last year, Pacaso is ready for what’s next. They even recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

But the real opportunity is now, before public markets. Until 5/29, you can join leading investors like SoftBank and Maveron for just $2.80/share.

This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.

CNBC recently released its 2025 global soccer team valuations, and the numbers are striking.

  • Real Madrid leads the pack at $6.7B, followed by Manchester United at $6B and Barcelona at $5.7B.

  • Among the 25 most valuable teams, the average club is worth $2.76B, brings in $520M in annual revenue, and generates $54M in EBITDA.

Soccer franchises now rank ahead of MLB and NHL teams in value on average but still trail the NFL ($6.5B) and NBA ($4.7B).

Can anything stop Palantir?

With a $291B market cap, the company now ranks among the 32 most valuable globally, and stands alongside the biggest names in U.S. tech.

Shares are up 64% this year alone, as investor enthusiasm around its AI capabilities continues to grow.

But with that rise comes a sky-high valuation.

  • Palantir trades at 168x forward earnings and 93x price-to-sales.

  • For perspective, it's worth more than Salesforce while generating nearly 13x less revenue.

Shares are priced well beyond perfection, but many loyal investors remain confident in its role within the AI ecosystem.

The insurer just became the risk.

UnitedHealth Group recently plunged 52% in their steepest drawdown in five years.

  • This has made it the worst performer in the Dow in 2025.

What triggered the recent collapse?

  • CEO Andrew Witty abruptly stepped down, citing personal reasons.

  • Witty had led the company since 2021, and his sudden exit rattled investors.

  • UnitedHealth also withdrew its financial outlook for the year, citing rising medical costs.

Then things got worse.

  • Following all of these headlines, the WSJ reported the DOJ is investigating the company for possible criminal Medicare fraud.

Shares briefly plunged to $250 before rebounding slightly on insider buying.

  • Five executives bought shares, including new CEO Stephen Hemsley, who purchased $25M worth of stock.

One of Nancy Pelosi’s favorite stocks reported earnings this past Tuesday.

Palo Alto Networks beat expectations for fiscal Q3 on both the top and bottom line.

  • Adjusted EPS came in at $0.80 vs. $0.77 expected.

  • Revenue climbed 15% YoY to $2.29B, ahead of analyst estimates.

Over the last twelve months, revenue reached $8.9B, growing at a 27% CAGR since Q1 2025.

For fiscal Q3, investors were disappointed to see that gross margins came in at 76%, falling short of the 77.2% estimate.

Like many high-growth software names, Palo Alto still carries a premium valuation, trading at 51x forward earnings and 14x price-to-sales.

Shares slipped 2% on the week.

Bitcoin just crossed a new all-time high, surging past $111,000.

  • Its market cap now stands at $2.2T, putting it ahead of many giants like Amazon, Google, Meta, and Tesla.

The rise has been propelled by optimism around a proposed stablecoin bill in the Senate, backing from the Trump administration, and steady institutional buying.

Year to date, Bitcoin is up 16%, well ahead of the S&P 500’s 1% decline.

  • It still lags behind Gold, which has climbed 26% over the same period.

  • Over the past five years, however, Bitcoin has returned over 1,000%, easily making it the best performing asset during that time frame.

He’s already IPO’d once – this time’s different

Spencer Rascoff grew Zillow from seed to IPO. But everyday investors couldn’t join until then, missing early gains. So he did things differently with Pacaso. They’ve made $110M+ in gross profits disrupting a $1.3T market. And after reserving the Nasdaq ticker PCSO, you can join for $2.80/share until 5/29.

This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public.
